Audit Snapshot

What is the Audit Snapshot?

The Audit Snapshot allows you to gain a better understanding of the ever increasing number of audits being completed across your locations.

It provides you with compliance (completion) insights and aggregates all of the data across a single audit type.

 

Head to the Reports tab once you login on your desktop to find it:

Make sure to choose which audit you would like to review, as well as a date range:

You should see a screen similar to this once you've chosen your audit and dates:

From here, you can start to review the results of this audit across multiple locations, such as # of completed audits and the overall target score:

Expand any questions that contain multiple dropdown options to note which ones are being chosen relative to others:

You can also filter by multiple choice and questions with dropdown options

This is represented by the # of times chosen and % of all responses.

In the example below, "Lunch" was chosen 6 times, which represents 75% of all responses. When "Proper Uniforms" was marked thumbs down, "No Name Tag" was marked as a reason 3 times, representing 23.1% of all responses:

Now that you've identified areas needing improvement, explore your Action Item Report to see additional details and identify any possible root causes.
