The Audit Compliance Report is a great tool for ensuring all your audits and inspections are being completed across all your sites.
All Audits and Inspections have a set audit frequency (1x, 2x, 3x, etc.) and period (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly). These frequencies can be set by your product owner or anyone on your team that has Audit Editing permission. Follow the steps below to use the report
1. Head to the desktop website: www.myfieldaudits.com
2. Login
3. Click on the Reports tab on the left side of the screen and select The Audit Compliance Report
4. Select the Location, Forms, Compliance Status and Date Range you'd like to view compliance for. (Important notes on Compliance Status and Date Range below).
Date Range: Compliance will only be shown when a Date Range that is larger than the Compliance Period is selected. For example, information for monthly audits is not shown below because less than a month date range is selected.
Compliance Status: If only Compliant status locations are selected, the Non-Compliant locations will still be visibile but no data will populate. Similiarly, if Non-Compliant status locations are selected, you will see the names of compliant locations but no data will populate for them.
In the above view, you can see the overall Compliance for the company, broken down by region, territory and location. You can see also see compliance totals by form as well average scores by form and area.
5. Click the Calendar icon to see which periods were compliant, and which weren't.
