Why can't I see a certain audit?
Check the following items:
Using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Safari - Internet Explorer is NOT supported.
In order to see an audit you need read or write permission to that audit and access to a location where that audit is assigned.
How do I select a different location?
Use the Location Selector at the top of the app. If you believe your access is incorrect, please contact your product owner or submit a request at the top of this page.
I closed an Action Item, but it’s still showing
If you have closed an Action Item and are still seeing it on your Dashboard, it is Pending Approval. The person who created the action item must approve it before it is fully closed (the item will be marked “Pending Approval” during this time)
There’s no data or wifi where I’m working.
No connection, no problem! MyFieldAduits has a built in Offline Mode. Learn how to use it under the Mobile Help section.
All my audits say submitted “Offsite”
MyFieldAudits let’s you track where your audits are submitted. This information is not set for all locations, but be sure to enable Location Services when first using MyFieldAudits. For more on setting up Geotagging, contact your account manager or check out our article in the Admin Guide.
