Main Dashboard Overview

We're excited to have launched our new Dashboard - quickly gain insights on Compliance, Action Items and Team Performance the moment you login! 

1. Location Selector: Use this to filter to an individual region or site.  By default it will show information for the highest part of your company's hierarchy that you have access to

2. Compliance Chart:  The graph shows recent compliance for audits for the location you have selected. Audits are grouped by their target frequencies (daily, monthly, weekly, yearly) and the date range shown is determined by that frequency:

• Daily: shows last 7 days
• Weekly: shows last 4 weeks
• Monthly: shows last 12 months
• Yearly: shows last 12 months

You can hover over specifics audits or points in the graph to see additional compliance insights.

3. Action Items: This shows status of current action items.

• Past Due: All Past Due Action items
• Due Soon: Actions Items due within the next 7 days
• Resolved: Action Items resolved this month

You can click each tile to view the details associated with that item

4. Audits Completed: This shows the total number of audits completed against the target number of audits for this month and last month.  *Yearly Audits are NOT included in this metric

5. Top Auditors this Month: A quick way to reference which member or your team has completed the most audits this month.
