Step Three - Scheduling a Remote Inspection

You'll need to be setup with Inspection Templates before you can schedule an inspection.  If you need help with this step - contact [e-mail]

1. Log into www.myfieldaudits.com from a desktop computer
2. Click Remote Auditor
3. Click Inspections
4. Click New Inspection
5. Complete the Inspection Details (Time = your current timezone,  Duration = minutes)
   
   
   
   
6.  You can choose to include Pre-Inspection Collateral to add the media directly to your Inspection.
7. Click Save

You and the invitee will both receive confirmation emails of your scheduled inspection.  You can edit any details prior to your inspection window, or delete and schedule a new inspection. 

Step Four - Conduct and Finalize an Inspection

It's time to connect with your onsite inspector to perform a Remote Inspection!  During the process:

• You can hear the onsite inspector and see what they show you
• They can hear (but not see you)
• You can media from pre-inspection collateral requests to your Inspection Form
• You can capture new images/video directly from the live feed to add to the Inspection Form

1. Log into www.myfieldaudits.com from a desktop computer
2. Click Remote Auditor
3. Click Inspections
4. Click Join Inspection when the inspection start time arrives
   
   As soon as your Onsite Inspector joins, you'll be able to see their video feed and begin directing them through the inspection
   
   
5. Score each question Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down
6. Click Capture to screen capture what you're seeing in the video feed
7. Tap the Camera Icon on the audit form to attach photos from your computer or drag and drop Screen Capture images or media collected on Pre-Inspection Collateral tasks
8. Click the Comment Icon to add specific notes about each question.
9. When finished, click Finalize Inspection (Note: this will end the connection between you and the onsite team member)
